Journal Coaching
Options for live sessions and journals allow you flexibility.
In live one-to-one sessions we can talk on the phone or via video chat. You bring a topic or we identify one together after a quick check-in.
Call in from work, home or anywhere else without spending extra time sitting in traffic to get there or worrying about parking!
Sometimes writing it out works better for your brain or your schedule, so monthly plans include the option to swap sessions for confidential journals when you choose.
Write out your thoughts in a journal and Jill will provide a personalized and thoughtful coaching response within 48 hours.
